A modification or waiver of a part of the Terms of Use shall not constitute a waiver or modification to any other portion ot the Terms of Use.  If for any reason any provision of the Terms of Use is found unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permissible, and the remainder of the Terms of Use will continue in full force and effect.
